We are looking to appoint an experienced colleague to join our dynamic team at Bohunt School Liphook, within the Bohunt Education Trust.
The successful candidate will work to deliver high standards of support functions for pupils and employees in all non-teaching areas of the school’s operation, including reception, administrative and site
You will bring us:
· A keen interest in the delivery of high quality services in a school environment
- Proven success in the management of an excellent support function within a school.
- Experience of motivating staff and developing team members to achieve high customer service
- An interest in Health and Safety and its practical application
- Exceptional planning, organisational and time management skills to meet tight and changing deadlines
· Demonstrable success at developing and implementing continuous improvements
· An ability to engage both in the strategic challenges and opportunities as well as the day to day responsibilities of the role

Please note that this role comes with 7 weeks’ holiday entitlement (inc. Bank Holidays) but the majority of this holiday must be taken outside of Bohunt School holidays, with the exception of a week at Christmas when the school is closed and a week in the summer holidays at a mutually agreed time.
Bohunt School in Liphook was judged to be Outstanding in all areas in April 2013 and the school has received national coverage for a variety of innovative initiatives. Last summer’s A level results placed us in top of non-fee-paying sixth forms in the area. Bohunt School opened a new Sixth Form in purpose built accommodation in 2017, offering a variety of A Level courses to students.
The School is located in attractive, open country on the edge of Liphook (40 miles from London) with easy access to the A3 between Guildford and Portsmouth.

Bohunt School is a mixed 11-18 School and Sixth Form with more than 1900 students on roll. We are the state school of choice for the local area and draw students from the surrounding region, including the counties of Surrey and West Sussex.

Sixth Form
Bohunt Sixth Form opened in September 2017 in purpose built accommodation surrounded by open countryside, a short walk away from the main school. Bohunt Sixth Form offers inspirational opportunities for those who relish intellectual challenge, and support from expert staff who know students well.
