Job overview

Tarleton Academy is a thriving, vibrant secondary school and we are now looking to appoint a positive, flexible and highly organised individual to join our team as our new Operations Manager. The successful candidate will ensure the smoothing running of school-based operations and be the efficient conduit between the Academy and the Trust’s Central Team.

This role was previously known as a ‘Business Manager’, however now our Human Resources & Finance functions have been centralised within the Trust, it allows the postholder to focus solely on school operations, creating the role of ‘Operations Manager’.
