We are looking for a full-time Operations Manager to be responsible for the effective delivery of operational support services to all stakeholders, monitoring and analysing performance and processes to ensure maximum efficiency and value for money.

The Operations Manager role has overall responsibility for a range of support services including, Catering, Cleaning, Student Services, School Transport, Health and Safety and Events. This role is pivotal to the smooth running of all aspects of school operations ensuring all sub departments work collaboratively. The successful candidate will have a strong customer service ethos and the ability to co-ordinate and motivate others to deliver high standards in all areas of Support Services. Our staff benefit from a comprehensive CPD programme as well as competitive employee benefits.

Founded in 1513 by Dame Agnes Mellers, with King Henry VIII sealing the foundation deed, the School boasts a rich heritage of educating boys for over 500 years before expanding to include girls, becoming a co-educational institution in 2015.Our vertical pastoral system is a notable strength, fostering strong relationships between tutors and students throughout their school journeys.
