About the role.
We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Operations Manager to join our team here at Oasis Academy Don Valley. You will be required to provide a comprehensive range of support to both the primary and secondary phases of the Academy. You will be required to implement and maintain all administrative systems and procedures in order to meet the Academy’s requirements. Knowledge of School Management Information Systems is essential, Bromcom is currently used within the academy however, additional training can be offered to the successful candidate.
You will be required to offer a complementary service to Senior Leaders and Academy teachers and support the needs of students and families within the community to ensure that all of our students achieve their full potential.
Experience of Microsoft office packages is a must along with excellent organisational skills and an ability to manage conflicting priorities successfully. The successful candidate will be passionate about working in an education setting and joining a dedicated and forward thinking team. In return we will offer you continued professional development within a supportive body of professionals throughout the Academy. Visits to the Academy are welcomed and encouraged.
