Sir William Perkins's School is looking to appoint a School Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in overseeing the operational aspects of our School. You will work closely with school leadership, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of services and support the overall strategy of the School.

Reporting to the Business Director, you will take ownership for various processes and services, which you will continually review to ensure the best value and service for the School and our students. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders who provide services to the School and be the main point of contact for them. 

You will ensure compliance with regulatory and legal duties through sound management and strong planning and will keep abreast of changes in these areas to implement necessary adjustments and changes. You will also ensure that external service providers remain compliant in all areas and maintain accurate compliance records.

You will work with the Finance team to provide accurate fee billing information and prepare budget and forecast data for the services you manage. 

The role sits within the Bursary team, which is headed up by the Business Director and also includes the Finance, Estates and IT functions.

Sir William Perkins’s School is a high-performing, academically selective, independent girls’ school for approximately 600 students aged 11 – 18 years. The Head is both a member of HMC and GSA. It is located on an attractive 12- acre site situated on the outskirts of Chertsey, a two-minute walk from the railway station and very near to the junction of the M3 and M25.
