The Limes College is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead our new Vocational Provision. This innovative facility will offer construction-related courses leading to City & Guilds qualifications, preparing students for successful careers in the industry.

This position is term time plus 5 INSET Days plus one additional week to be worked during the school holiday following the usual work pattern:

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:30am to 4:30pm;

• Friday 8:30am to 3:00pm.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within an educational or vocational setting;

• Relevant degree and operational management experience;

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels;

• Strong knowledge of City & Guilds qualifications and vocational training frameworks;

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in construction training environments;

• A passion for empowering learners through practical education;

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
