Jumeira Baccalaureate School is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead all campus-level operational services, ensuring effective, compliant, and cost-efficient delivery. Reporting to the Head of Business Operations and working closely with the Principal, the role oversees procurement, facilities, health and safety, events, ESG, shared services, and regulatory compliance, while contributing to school improvement through strong cross-functional collaboration.

Skills

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant operational qualification; NEBOSH and IOSH.

•  3–5 years of experience in operational roles, ideally in education, facilities, or service-driven environments.
