This is an exciting opportunity to join Cambridge Assessment International Education, where you will be responsible for the delivery of operational processes to agreed schedules, assure quality and standards, and implement process improvements to ensure the successful delivery of qualifications to schools and students around the world.

About the role

Our Exam Processing Team Leaders will be responsible for managing teams to carry out tasks as directed, supporting the delivery of Cambridge International Examinations' assessments, taking on additional supervision responsibilities as required, and proposing and delivering operational process improvements.

Your skills as a people manager are key as you will supervise your team in delivering business processes, whilst proactively monitoring their performance standards, engaging and facilitating their professional development and safeguarding the team's general wellbeing.

Business change is part of the routine and to help us continually improve, you will assist in the design and delivery of improvement projects and participate in their implementation. You will contribute to each post exam series review, record and share lessons learned and implement procedural changes, providing an end-to-end view of the impacts of such changes to colleagues and senior managers.

A bit more about you

The position holder will be trustworthy, personable and pragmatic. Possess energy, drive and enthusiasm to manage and support the team. Supervising permanent and temporary staff by allocating tasks, monitoring workloads, whilst observing staff wellbeing. You will assist the Exam Processing Coordinator in scheduling and conducting resource management reviews to ensure tasks can be completed effectively. Ensuring the Exam Processing ethos of trust, open lines of communication and a positive environment for both colleagues and customers.

Other key requirements include:

·      Confident decision-making, prioritisation and time-management skills

·      Excellent interpersonal skills, with an eye for accuracy

·      Proficient user of Windows and MS Office tools

·      Knowledge of EPS, SAP or similar databases
