We are looking for an Organisational Development Business Partner to join our People and Organisation team. The successful candidate will have significant experience in change and organisational development, be passionate about unleashing the capability of an organisation and an individual, and love to help them grow. Ideally you will have considerable experience in OD and L&D and be able to work independently on a range of projects and initiatives. This is a full time (37.5 hours per week) permanent role and the rate of pay is £34,000-36,000 per annum dependent upon experience.
