The Royal High Prep School Bath has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and committed individual to assist in the running of their After School and Holiday Club provision.

As Out of School Care Manager, you will lead and take responsibility for the day-to-day organisation of the After School and Holiday Club provision. You will provide high standards of care and play opportunities for children between the ages of 3 and 11 years old in a safe and secure environment. You will provide line management to a team of assistants and bank staff, directing their work and supervising their activities. 

You will be an organised and personable individual, confident in your ability to manage groups of pupils and to deal with challenging behaviour. Possessing a minimum of an NVQ level 3 in a childcare related subject, you will have previous experience working with children, preferably in a school environment.
