Out Of School Care Manager

Hours: Full time in the holidays and part time during term time

The role:

Royal High Prep School Bath has an exciting opportunity for a warm and friendly Out of School Care Manager to lead in the organisation of our After School and Holiday Club provision.

Providing line management to a team of assistants and bank staff, directing their work and supervising their activities, you will be responsible for the provision of high standards of care and play opportunities for children between the ages of 3 – 11, in a safe and secure environment.

You will be an organised and personable individual, confident in your ability to manage groups of pupils and to deal with challenging behaviour. Possessing a minimum of a NVQ level 3 in a childcare related subject, you will have previous experience working with children, preferably in a school environment. The post would suit a nursery nurse who is dedicated and ready for a challenge.
