Job overview
We are looking for enthusiastic applicants with a love for the outdoors, keen to give a wide range of children educational, fun and fulfilling experiences. We are looking for someone who can think on their feet and work well within a team environment, you do not have to have a formal background in Outdoor Education, you just need to be willing to learn.
This role is on a Part-Time Basis

Thomas’s Putney Vale is a new independent senior school in South West London. Nestled behind the A3 and backing onto Wimbledon Common, we are a school for pupils in Years 9-11 that is looking to meet the needs of the national education system whilst also seeking the opportunity to go beyond it.
Pupils and staff at Thomas’s Putney Vale will transfer to Thomas’s College in Richmond, which will open in September 2025, initially for Years 7 to 12, building to a capacity of 630 pupils up to Year 13. Pupils and staff will remain at our senior school site in Putney Vale until summer 2025 and will then transfer to the new school, Thomas’s College for September 2025. Thomas’s College will offer weekly and flexi-boarding options.
This acquisition will enable the provision of full secondary education from Years 7 to 13 (ages 11 to 18) on one unique and historic site, in a location that is unparalleled for a London school.
