This is a unique opportunity to join a school at its inception. You will play a key role in supporting the Headteacher to prepare, launch and lead a new School and oversee the administrative staff, shaping structures and leading on standards.
The successful candidate will have a positive and productive outlook with a high level of initiative, competence and confidentiality in their professional capacity at Trinity Academy. A clear understanding of the expectations of the role, together with an appreciation and awareness of the needs of young people will be expected in an environment which values, respects and celebrates pupil aspiration and achievement.
