Job overview
Responsibilities:
• To complete administration tasks as designated by the Curriculum and Assessment Deputy
• To complete the administration of exam results and associated reports
• To keep SIMs data up to date
• To populate groups using information from Heads of Department for classes
• To keep up to date with relevant census information including attending local authority update meetings and reporting changes to the data team
• To complete administration associated with options choices
• Prepare reports for the SIMs Parent App, Parents Evenings and Mock results days
• Set seating plans for Parents Evenings
• To carry out the duties of deputy exams officer during internal and external examinations including supervision of invigilators
Person Specifications:
Minimum of 3 years practical experience of working in an office environment
Experience of working within a school office
Experience of working with different stakeholders
Experience of using SIMS to include inputting student data.
