A new and exciting opportunity has been created for a professional, enthusiastic and highly motivated Personal Assistant who will provide proactive support to the Executive Principal. Please note, this is a maternity cover role. Working with the wider academy team, this is a highly visible and demanding role in the Academy. This is a fast-paced role allowing ample insight and varied responsibility. Providing a unique opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of senior level education management. As part of Harris, you will join a community of staff dedicated to transforming education in London. With a multitude of progression routes and outstanding CPD for support staff, expect to be supported throughout your career whether in our central team or in one of our 48 academies.

Appropriate degree or equivalent experience in previous roles Trained in the use of a variety of ICT packages, including Word and Excel
Ability to communicate well both orally and in writing
Ability to work to deadlines
Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with a wide range of people, from parents, governors, students to outside agencies
