PA to Head of School  

Salary: £21,198 - £24,279 per annum  (Depending on experience)

Hours: 36 hrs per week - 42 Weeks per year  (Term-time + 4 weeks, the last 3 weeks of the summer holidays are essential)

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a good communicator and outstanding organiser to provide secretarial and administrative support to our busy Head’s office.  In addition to possessing excellent organisational, IT, interpersonal and communication skills, the successful candidate should be numerate and methodical with the ability to plan and prioritise work in a fast paced environment.    

You must be able to remain calm under pressure, show initiative, great attention to detail and maintain confidentiality.    

Candidates must be team players and must demonstrate a pleasant and professional approach in dealing with students, staff, parents and visitors.
