Term time only / 37 hours per week  (plus 2 weeks ad hoc working in school holidays)

We are seeking an experienced and efficient PA to work to both the Headmistress and SLT.  The ability to maintain a calm disposition, whilst working  under pressure in an extremely busy and constantly changing environment is essential, as is an excellent standard of English.  The capacity to initiate, prioritise and independently manage the workload is also key.  The postholder will have responsibility, amongst other more usual PA duties, for co-ordinating and sending the termly School Census and experience of this, together with previous experience of working in a secondary school, will be an asset.
