The successful applicant will:
- Provide organisational, administrative and diary management support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team as required
- Demonstrate the highest standards of accuracy and literacy, both verbal and written
- Be discrete and professional at all times, dealing with highly sensitive information
- Have high-level judgement, communication and emotional intelligence skills.
- Have the ability to work independently in a very busy environment and deal with conflicting demands on time
- Have recent experience of administration in a fast moving environment and/or working as a PA for someone in a managerial position
- Be able to build positive and supportive relationships with students, teachers and fellow support staff
