Required 1 September 2022: 

The Governors are seeking to appoint a PA that will provide the highest standard of administrative support and professional service to the Headteacher. Performing a full range of necessary tasks required to ensure the efficient running of the school and the Headteacher’s daily business. To be the first point of contact for staff, students, parents/carers, governors, members of the public etc. requiring communication or time with the Headteacher. To manage the advertising and recruitment process for staff.

The ideal candidate would preferably have previous PA experience within a school environment, must be organised, an excellent communicator and have good working knowledge or SIMS or similar online school packages.

About St Alban's Catholic High School

St Alban’s Catholic High School is a co-educational secondary school and sixth form with academy status located in Ipswich, Suffolk. It is the only Catholic High School in the Ipswich area and religious education forms part of the core curriculum. 

The School premises have been improved in recent years with the addition of a new sixth form block and library and the refurbishment of some existing facilities.

The school motto “Domine ut Serviam” translates to “Lord, that I may serve” and this pledge lies s at the heart of its approach to teaching and learning.
