PA to Principal/Senior Admin Officer
Salary – Up to £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Start date – Immediate start, April 2018
Work pattern – Term Time Only (TTO) plus two weeks, 40 hours per week
Contract – Permanent

Mossbourne Riverside Academy are currently seeking a PA to the Principal/SAO to join the Admin team. The successful candidate will be an experienced, enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible individual who will provide an exceptional support service to our Principal and academy. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to manage a multitude of tasks simultaneously, work under pressure and to tight deadlines and be able to ensure that all tasks run smoothly. This is a very rewarding role and the successful candidate must have a genuine interest in education and children.
The PA to the Principal/SAO will play a key role in communicating with parents, students, staff, governors, outside agencies and other visitors to the Academy. The image presented by the Reception/admin team needs to reflect the values of the Academy as a very high-achieving centre of educational excellence. The role requires a professional candidate with an excellent telephone manner, great organisational and IT skills who understands the importance of confidentiality and discretion.
