St Paul’s Girls’ School is seeking a confident and experienced PA who would love the challenge of assisting a number of very busy individuals with an interesting and diverse range of work. The post holder will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive administration and support service to the Senior Deputy Head, Director of Studies, and their immediate team


The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate well to people on all levels with sensitivity, tact and diplomacy. In addition, they will need to be able to remain calm under pressure, demonstrate a pro-active approach and show initiative for planning and prioritising work. The post holder is expected to be able to maintain confidentiality at all times, while also being tactful and professional.
