Job overview

We have a fantastic opportunity for a PA & HR Assistant to join our team at Foxford School. We are seeking to appoint an experienced administrator who can provide an effective support service to the Central HR (People) team, as well as supporting our Senior Leadership Team with high quality administrative support.

You will be involved in a variety of HR administration, including recruitment, new starter processes, employee absence and payroll.

This is a wonderful opportunity to gain some really valuable experience and to put your strong IT and administrative skills to the test, working closely with a range of stakeholders in a very professional, supportive and friendly environment.

We will be looking for excellent communication, IT and organisational skills, a discrete, professional, flexible, ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to prioritise and make sound decisions. You will be able to quickly establish credibility with a range of stakeholders. Equally important is the will to offer an outstanding customer service to all students and staff.

This fulfilling role will provide a wealth of developmental opportunities. Every day will be different and we will play to your strengths. We have a strong commitment to staff wellbeing and recognition through our wellbeing committee and people strategy, and offer a range of benefits which include the local government pension scheme, cycle to work, discounted gym membership, free parking and an employee discount scheme.

If you have the passion and determination to be valued part of our team, that has a desire to continuously improve, we would love to hear from you.
