PA to the Deputy Heads

Applications are invited for the role of PA to the Deputy Heads at The Royal Masonic School for Girls.
We are looking a highly skilled Personal Assistant to provide a professional and responsive secretarial and administrative service to the Deputy Heads, acting as the main point of contact, both internally and externally, for all communications to them. The PA to the Deputy Heads will represent the Deputy Heads in various communications and will assist with operational planning and decision-making as appropriate. This post will be a very busy role at the heart of the school's operation. The ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively with a commitment to the school and its success is a fundamental prerequisite of the post.

The Royal Masonic School for Girls is an independent school located on a 316-acre site in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. Providing places to both boarding and day pupils, the school is an all-through institution educating pupils aged 2-18.
Founded in 1789, the school was originally intended for use by the children of Freemasons. It is now non-denominational and has no restrictions on attendance. As an academically selective institution, the school require potential applicants to undergo formal or informal assessment before a place is offered.
