Park View is a high performing, diverse and inclusive community school in Tottenham, North London. We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented individual to take on this important role from 1st September 2018.

You will manage all aspects of secretarial and personal assistant support for the Headteacher and Associate Headteacher, together with any administrative support and coordination as required by the Local Authority and/or Full Governing Body and committees. You will provide a high standard of HR guidance and HR administrative support to all staff.

What's more, you will act as the first point of contact with parents and local authorities regarding any permanent exclusions or Governors’ warning panels, ensuring all stakeholders are kept fully appraised of the process throughout.

To be successful, you will possess excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages; and some other school IT systems such as SIMS, SBS On line and SAM sickness management.

You will also support all parts of the school in meeting its short and longer-term objectives.

This is a permanent, full-time role working 36 hours per week for 52 weeks a year.
