St Neots School is seeking to recruit a PA to the Headmaster and Senior Leadership Team. The aim of the role is to provide organisational and administrative support to the Headmaster, this role is vital to the smooth running of the Head’s Day- to- day operational work. The PA will be responsible for management of the Heads diary, lead in arranging and sometimes attend meetings, and will be required to have a thorough knowledge of all office procedures, including dealing with visitors to the office, students, and staff. 

The role will ensure that all visitors to the Head receive an efficient, professional, approachable, and welcoming service, in line with the ethos of the school. It will assist with the organisation of school events, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. This role will also provide administrative and secretarial support to members of the Senior Leadership Team.
