Jeddah Prep and Grammar School requires a full-time Personal Assistant to provide professional support to the Headmaster. The position represents an outstanding opportunity for a suitably dynamic, experienced and well-qualified professional, who has excellent administrative and PA skills and is fully committed to the Jeddah Prep and Grammar School ethos.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience in a similar role and will possess excellent written and verbal communication, organisational and IT skills. Previous experience of working in a school or other regulated environment would be advantageous but not necessary.

A suitably attractive salary and benefits package will be offered, including a salary commensurate with the appointed candidate’s skills and experience.

About Jeddah Prep and Grammar School

Jeddah Prep and Grammar School is an ambitious and aspirational school, with a shared vision of academic excellence and personal development and challenge for all our pupils, from the ages of three to eighteen.  We are a proud member of COBIS, CAIE, BSME, SAIKAC, and ISBA.  

The School was established in 1967 to serve the needs of the British and Dutch expatriate communities in Jeddah. The School is heavily oversubscribed with waiting lists in almost all year groups. Children in the Prep School follow the Cambridge Primary Programme; whilst the Grammar School prepares pupils for Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) IGCSEs and International A Levels.
