PA to the Headteacher

Independent Specialist School has a vacancy for a Personal Assistant to the Headteacher.

Hours: Full time, term time plus 3 weeks to be required by the Headteacher. Core hours of work will be from 8am to include all after school meetings.  

Salary: £34,356-£37,101 (actual salary £32,341-£34,817 pro rata for term time)

This is a permanent role.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Headteacher at Undershaw Specialist School in Hindhead. We are looking for someone to provide high-level, effective and confidential secretarial, organisational and administrative support to the Headteacher in support of her role and to lead the administrative function of the school.

Skills required:

·        Grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English

·        Excellent administrative IT skills

·        Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

·        A great team player with a flexible “can-do” attitude

·        Understanding or an interest in Special Needs Education and Disabilities
