Job overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to play a key role in a newly opened and developing college in Doncaster as PA to the Principal and Senior Team.

In this role, you will provide an effective and efficient administrative and secretarial support function for the Principal and the Senior Team, preparing and filing documents, organising meetings, preparing agendas, taking calls and managing emails.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience of working in an administrative role, good IT skills, be highly organised and have a flexible approach. Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines are also key.

New College Doncaster is a sixth form college which opened in September 2017, growing to approximately 1500 students and with a strong reputation in the region. The college was rated ‘outstanding’ in all categories by Ofsted in 2021/22.
