Full time, maternity cover for approximately 1 year

The College is seeking to appoint a professional, highly motivated Personal Assistant to the Principal. Providing a confidential and comprehensive secretarial and liaison support service, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines, use initiative and adapt easily to changing priorities.
A good general educational background together with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Google packages is essential. Previous experience as a PA at an executive level and/or of work in an educational establishment would be an advantage.
This is a maternity cover post and it is envisaged that this will be for a period of one year.
