Wimbledon High School seeks an experienced and capable individual for the position of PA to Senior Management Team.

This role encompasses numerous responsibilities and will require an individual with exceptional organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at a time. As part of your role, you will provide administrative support to members of the Senior Management Team (SMT). In particular, you will be assisting and working closely with the Director of Studies, Assistant Head Academic, Assistant Head Pastoral & Inclusion and SMT Senior Tutor. This role demands flexibility, as you will also provide back-up support to the PA to the Assistant Head of Sixth Form.

Due to the interactive nature of the role, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a good telephone manner and a polite disposition for interacting with visitors. In addition to this, you will have a proficient command of written and spoken English, coupled with a strong set of administrative and record-keeping skills. As this is a PA role, it is essential that you have sufficient ICT skills with competency in Microsoft Office and SIMS. Further evidence of experience in school administration would also be desirable.

This role will be part-time, term-time, working five days a week 20-30 hours per week (to be discussed at interview), including between the hours of 10am to 2pm. January 2023 start date.
