Part Time 1:1 Support Assistant - Fixed Term Contract (Summer term)

North Bridge House Nursery School is seeking to recruit a passionate, kind and caring 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to work mornings only (08:30 - 12:30) in our wonderful and highly successful school.

This role is assigned to a specific child in the school who has an IEP.

We are looking for someone who can build a caring, trusting and respectful relationship with both the child and parents.

We offer our children a supportive and nurturing environment where they feel happy, secure and are well prepared for the next stage of their academic journey at the Pre-Prep school.

The successful candidate will:

Be passionate about providing the very best education for all children

Have previous experience of working with children in an Early Years setting

Be an excellent communicator and able to liaise effectively with children, colleagues and parents

Have the ability to support and inspire children to achieve their full potential
