Job overview

We are seeking to appoint a part time Administrator who would be responsible for arranging cover for both planned and unplanned staff absence.

The successful candidate will form positive working relationships with our partner agencies to supply both teaching and support staff for daily supply and mid-long term cover.

How are staff supported?

All staff are supported in both their career progression and aspirations, from tailored CPD to coaching and mentoring programmes, and also with their wellbeing.

We have a dedicated wellbeing team and a number of mental health 1st aiders on site who can support and signpost staff to various organisations.

Our enhanced Employee Assistance Programme provides 8 sessions of online or face to face support for counselling and CBT for both you and your family members over 16.
