The successful candidate will work alongside the class teacher, focussing on targeted pupils within the normal lessons. He / she will also work outside the classroom,  supporting small groups of children with additional, short, focused, intervention lessons.

At Lambourn, our common vision is simple – we work closely together, sharing our common goal of inspiring our children and staff to achieve, to enjoy life and learning.  We would love to hear from you if you feel you could share in this aspiration. We are looking for:

• A teacher who is reflective, able to use AFL to help pupils improve.

• A person who has high personal expectations as well as high expectations of pupils.
