Part Time Marketing & Communications Manager

Notting Hill & Ealing High School, one of London’s leading independent girls’ day schools, has an exciting part time, term time opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic and highly organised marketing and communications professional.

As Marketing & Communications Manager, you will proactively contribute in the delivery of the strategic marketing plan. You will lead on the School’s PR and Media activity and act as a brand ambassador, liaising with staff throughout the school to ensure consistency of quality and branding of external communications.

Key duties will include content creation for the school website, social media and printed materials, managing and maintaining the school’s photo library and assisting with the planning and direction of photography and video filming for key publications. You will also contribute to preparations for key marketing events including Open Days.

We are looking for a self-starter with excellent communication skills. You will need to feel comfortable with a range of creative tasks such as writing, creating and delivering sophisticated content for newsletters, social media, managing the school website, as well as design and print. Marketing experience and appropriate IT skills are essential (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign as well as Microsoft Office) as is experience of working with CMS.
