We are looking to appoint an inspirational part-time Teacher of Music from January 2018. (Monday, Tuesday and Friday).
You should be:
- An enthusiastic and versatile music teacher to join a lively and thriving music department in a prep school in Camden.
- A first-study pianist who can accompany fluently at sight to an advanced level and lead generally where piano playing is needed.
- A motivated and inspirational choral director who will work with the Director of Choirs to lead choirs across the years – year 3-8.
- A class music teacher to teach various year-groups between years 3 - 8.
- An organised practitioner who can prepare resources and deliver a varied and creative curriculum for pupils in lessons.
- A competent arranger of music – being able to arrange vocal and instrumental parts to suit the varying abilities of the pupils.
- A supportive team-member who contributes with initiative in all aspects of the department where needed.
