Job overview

Harrodian is seeking experienced Netball coaches who can demonstrate a genuine passion for coaching to work closely alongside the Head of Netball and the PE & Games department. These roles will be to start as soon as possible and it is anticipated that they will be part-time or sessional roles coaching across two terms. Depending on availability, additional match commitments and weekend fixtures may also be available.

The roles will involve coaching school teams throughout the Autumn Term (Oct-Dec 2022), with the addition of regular group coaching alongside this to ensure that our pupils maximise performance, health and well-being outcomes through their participation in the netball programme. 

If candidates are able to offer coaching in other Girls' sports, particularly in Hockey and/or Cricket, there may be scope for additional hours in the Spring (Jan-April 2023) and Summer (April-July 2023) Terms. Depending on experience, they may also be able to support the wider co-curricular, pastoral and academic programmes at the school.

There are a variety of available hours, to be discussed at interview. Salary will be dependent on experience and qualifications.

The Harrodian School is a mixed, non-denominational all-through independent day school situated in Barnes, South West London. The Harrodian School was founded by Lady Eliana and Sir Alford Houston-Boswell and opened in 1993. The school’s original intake of 65 students has expanded to over 900 students from the ages of 4-18. It offers state-of-the-art facilities, including a music centre, drama studios and expansive grounds.
