Are you a proactive, organised and skilled administrator looking to join a small team of office staff?

Working in our main school office you will come into daily contact with our parents and staff so, as well as having administrative experience, you will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills and have a friendly, outgoing manner. 

You will:

• Have previous administrative experience preferably in a school office.

• Have the ability to maintain a calm, positive and professional manner at all time.

• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.

• Be positive, enthusiastic and have a sense of humour.

The role is offered on a permanent basis, working term time only (39 weeks per year). You will work on a Thursday and Friday from 8.00am to 4.00pm.

This role is a band 4, NJC scale points 11 to 17.
