Salary range: M1 – UPS3

Full time equivalent salary range: £30,000 - £46,535 per annum & TLR allowance of £5,348 per annum

Actual salary range for working 3 days a week: £18,000 - £27,921 per annum & TLR allowance of £3,208 per annum

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, innovative leader who is looking to take the next step in their career to progress student outcomes and lead our Design/Technology department and curriculum to secure the very best outcomes for students at our school.

The successful applicant will be joining us at a very exciting time. We are currently adding a sixth form to our educational provision to begin in September 2024. This brings with it numerous opportunities for continued development. We will be offering A-Level Design/Technology. Therefore, an ability to teach the subject beyond age 16 would be an advantage.
