The Lakes School is seeking a part time permanent Teacher of Art to join our Art department from September 2018. Ability to teach A-Level Art would be an advantage.
We are a high achieving, fully comprehensive school; a dynamic and innovative centre at the heart of the Lake District where all pupils have the opportunity to achieve within a caring learning community.
We are seeking an outstanding classroom practitioner to join our highly successful Art department from September 2018 with the commitment and energy to inspire our students. The successful candidate will be expected to teach across the ability and age range, including A Level, and will join experienced colleagues in a strong and aspirational department. Student outcomes in Art are strong, and performance at A Level is particularly successful, with results frequently reaching above the national average.
This post would suit an NQT, RQT or more experienced teacher.
