You will need to be able to:
Demonstrate and deliver excellent teaching
Be able to work under pressure within a strong team focused towards challenging goals
Have the ability to teach Drama up to KS5
Have excellent organisational and communication skills
Share in our vision for realising the life chances and dreams of every child
Commit to develop & support our exciting and vibrant extra-curricular provision
Be willing to bring innovation and energy to our arts provision at Tapton
