Grade: Scale 5, Points 12-15
12 hours per week, during term time only, plus 3 days (Hours 12.30 – 4.30 pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday), additional hours as and when required (fixed term contract)
Annual Salary: £7624 - £8041
Castlebar School is a designated Teaching School and is the lead for the Ealing Primary Teaching School Alliance. We work in collaboration with mainstream primary and special schools in the local area working to improve the quality of teaching, learning and leadership within Ealing schools and the wider community and improve outcomes for children.
The Teaching School is situated within Castlebar School, an ‘Outstanding’ Special School for primary aged children.
We are a small established team seeking a suitably experienced person to support with administration. This is an exciting and varied role and will involve general administration work, finance and an element of marketing support. We are looking for candidates who have a flexible approach and the ability to multitask and prioritise their workload.
You will have:
• Excellent Organisational, Communication, IT, Literacy and Numeracy skills
• Be able to work as part of the team, yet use your own initiative
• Have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including word and excel (to be tested at interview)
• Have experience of working within an office environment
