Part-Time Technician – Multi-Skills (21 hours per week)
Term-time only
£11,252 per annum
Epping Forest Campus
We are looking for someone to provide support to the construction trade programmes and instruct students under the guidance of a qualified lecturer, the programmes delivered include Brickwork, Carpentry, Plumbing and Multi-skills, so practical knowledge of any of these crafts would be advantageous. In our workshops and stores area you will provide an efficient and effective support service to lecturing staff and students including the management and maintenance of stock, tools and equipment. You will therefore need a good working knowledge of the tools, equipment and methods used in the construction Industry and may have worked in a training environment before. As you will be working with a variety of different people, including young people, you will have excellent communication and organisation skills, with a ‘can do’ approach and the ability to work well in a team.
