working 28.8 hours a week, 40 weeks per year

Bexley Scale 6.1-6.4

Annual Salary: £25,629-£26,913      Actual Salary: £18,008-£18,910

We are seeking to recruit a keen Work Experience Administrator to work 28.8 hours per week over four/ five days, 40 weeks of the year (term time plus two weeks, to be worked in the summer holidays around the A-Level and GCSE results days).

The primary purpose of the post holder will be to assist the Careers/Work Experience Lead in implementing and developing the school’s Work Experience programme. The successful candidate should have excellent IT and organisational skills and a flexible attitude as this is a collaborative role within a small Careers Team.

The post-holder will be working exclusively in school: there is no element of home working in this role. For the right candidate the hours could be flexible across four or five days, with a minimum of four days a week. Previous experience within a school environment or within placement schemes is preferred but not mandatory.
