A popular school in the Shirley area of Solihull are recruiting for a part time teacher to work on a job share basis with their Year 3 class, from February half term 2019.
The school itself is a highly regarded within the local area as it has a dedicated and friendly team of staff and the children who attend here are well behaved and keen to learn. The staff have high expectations of their pupils and they work well as a team to ensure all pupils have access to a challenging and creative curriculum.
The successful candidate will be working on a temporary 0.4 contract which will run until the end of the academic year. To succeed in this role, you will be a proactive and committed teacher who can quickly identify and target individual learning needs whilst also being able to maintain high standards within the classroom. You will be honest and reliable, and you will have the skills to liaise effectively with the class teachers and Phase Leaders where required.

To be considered for this position you will be required to attend a face to face registration and hold an enhanced DBS check in Child Workforce. You will need to pay for this upfront, but once you are fully registered, have uploaded this onto the Update Service and have worked 1 full day with us then we will reimburse you the cost. At the registration we will discuss in more detail the work that you are looking for, your experience to date, and also how we are going to work best for you.
We will need to gain references to cover the last 2 years, and a minimum of 2 references must be a school based. Our compliance team have a rigorous safeguarding and clearance process and this is how we know we are working with the best possible team of staff to employ in our schools.
