ELAM’s Partnership Director will take overall responsibility for the development of strategic partnerships at ELAM. In addition to this, they will oversee the management and delivery of the Masterclass series, the work experience programme and the mentor scheme. They will act as a direct liaison between ELAM and our industry partners to ensure these programmes run effectively in supporting the development of ELAM Trainees.

The Partnership Director will be responsible for identifying and developing new partnerships with relevant organisations and individuals across those sectors to ensure ELAM continues to develop and remain relevant with the professional industries. The Partnership Director will also be responsible for the cultivation of existing partners. 

ELAM’s industry ethos and Values will influence the work of all of our teachers as they construct powerful and relevant learning experiences that are ‘plugged-in’ to the sector. The Partnership Director will also be responsible for working with subject leaders across musiic, english and mathematics to identify ways in which learning is linked directly to the professional industries. 

The Partnership Director will also play a key role in the development of fundraising opportunities at ELAM through both our partners and by identifying and leading on applications to relevant trusts and grants.  

Salary: £30,000 (£50,000 FTE). 

This role is a 0.6 role (three days a week - specific days subject to agreement).
