The role of the Pastoral Administrator is to support the school’s pastoral team and senior leadership team by using a range of administrative skills, ICT software and organisational skills to ensure the smooth, accurate and consistent provision of the school’s policies.

You will have proven experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication, administration and interpersonal skills with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the ever-changing needs of both students and the school.  You should have a methodical approach to work and be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team to develop good relationships with students, staff and external agencies by establishing a positive, professional presence and responding appropriately to students’ individual needs.

The successful candidate will be expected to: 

• be a dynamic, passionate practitioner who can demonstrate a real commitment to the education of children and ideally have a proven track record of supporting learners

• be committed to our ethos of high expectations and no excuses with the belief that every child can succeed

• have the resolve to make a real difference to the lives of pupil
