Portslade Aldridge Community Academy (PACA) is a successful, forward thinking Academy, which maintains high expectations of both staff and students. PACA is seeking to appoint a Pastoral and Behaviour Support Manager responsibility to support the growing school. The post is for a non-teaching professional who will be responsible for supporting the heads of year and Assistant Principal in ensuring that all students achieve their potential by removing barriers to learning such as poor conduct. The role comes with the possibility of taking on a deputy designated safeguarding lead and/or first aider in the school.
The post will have the benefit of continuous professional development in a school that takes the well-being of its staff seriously.
