Full-Time; Permanent; Term Time Only

£20,408- £22,901 FTE


We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and responsible Pastoral Care Administrator to provide administrative support to the Head of Pastoral Care and wider team, in order to ensure the successful coordination of meetings, communications, administration and all associated paperwork related to the Pastoral Care function.

Hours:  8.00am – 4.30pm; Mondays to Thursday and 8.00am – 4.00pm; Friday (37 hours per week)

Term time only, plus one additional week to be worked in August to prepare for each new session (not including August 2021) 

Salary: Please note that for the first year, the actual salary for this role will be £16,132 - £18,102 (pro-rata based on term-time only contract), and from August 2022 will increase to £18,730-£21,007 to encompass the additional working week.
