Pupils, staff and Governors of Hillbourne Primary School are looking to appoint a dedicated, caring Pastoral Care Worker for January 2020 to support us all to achieve our very best.
We are looking for someone who is eager to work with a range of stakeholders including parents/carers, support staff, outreach agencies and other schools to ensure continuity and support for individual pupils. Experience of working with vulnerable students with social, emotional and behavioural problems in a school would be helpful.
