37 hours per week, Term Time plus 5 days to be worked during the school holidays/INSET days. The postholder must be available to start at 8.15am


Starting Salary from £21,523 per annum, inclusive of Crawley Market Supplement  


For May/June 2024, we are looking to recruit a Pastoral Coordinator to support the pastoral care and academic needs of our students. This is a comprehensive and fulfilling role, engaging with students on a daily basis to support them and colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes. 


• The Pastoral Coordinator is based in a Year Team Office and works closely with Heads of Year, students, parents/carers, colleagues, external agencies and other professionals

• This is a busy and varied role, working with all members of the school community. Candidates must have very good administration, IT and communication skills

• Candidates must be committed to and passionate about supporting students to succeed in school

• Support and training will be provided as necessary
